Description
VALUE VSTL is a large temperature clamp with a digital display that allows fast and clear pipe temperature measurement. It can be used independently as a digital thermometer or wirelessly connected to the Hi VALUE app. According to the datasheet, it is also compatible with the NEXUS Manifold Gauge.
The clamp is designed for measurements in the range of -40 to 125 °C with an accuracy of ±1.5 °C. The large contact surface helps ensure stable heat transfer from the measured pipe and a fast response with a refresh rate of once per second. Thanks to its large jaw opening, it is suitable for pipes from 3/4" to 4-1/8" OD.
Bluetooth connectivity allows wireless monitoring of measured values in the Hi VALUE app. The Bluetooth range is up to 50 m in line of sight. The clamp uses BLE 4.0 technology and is compatible with Android 7.0.0 and above or Apple iOS 12.0 and above.
The clamp is designed for service use. The IP54 rating provides protection against dust and splashing water. Power is supplied by 2× AAA batteries, which are included according to the datasheet. Battery life is more than 150 hours with the screen off and more than 12 hours with the screen on. A carry bag is also included as an accessory.
The supplied photo shows the clamp stored in a soft black carrying case with internal mesh pockets, which is practical for storing and transporting the clamp and accessories.
