Description
VALUE VMV-1 is a digital vacuum gauge designed for professional service use in refrigeration, air-conditioning and vacuum systems. It is used for accurate vacuum level measurement during system evacuation, leak checking and verification of achieved vacuum quality.
The device uses a Pirani sensor, which enables precise monitoring of vacuum values in several units. The measuring range is 0–10000 Pa, 0–100.00 mBar, 0–75.000 mmHg and 0–75000 microns. Measured values are shown on the digital display, providing a clear overview of the current evacuation status.
The vacuum gauge allows the user to set a required vacuum level. Once the set value is reached, the device alerts the user with an audible signal. If the vacuum level starts to deteriorate compared with the set value, the device gives a rapid audible warning and flashing backlight, helping to identify possible leaks.
VALUE VMV-1 has a 1× 1/4" M SAE connection and is supplied with adapters: 1/4" F × 1/4" F elbow adapter and 1/4" F × 1/4" M × 1/4" M tee fitting. This makes it easy to integrate into a service setup when working with a vacuum pump, hoses and refrigeration or air-conditioning equipment.
The device is powered by 3× AA batteries with an approximate battery life of 45 hours. Practical features include automatic power-off after 10 minutes of inactivity, 20-second display backlight and a 90 dB audible alarm. The vacuum gauge is supplied in a textile pouch and cardboard box.
