Description
The VALUE VHE-42BM hydraulic tube expander is a hand tool designed for expanding tube ends during installation and service work. The metric version includes nine interchangeable heads for tubes with diameters of 10, 12, 15, 16, 18, 22, 28, 35, and 42 mm.
The hydraulic mechanism makes it easier to expand larger-diameter tubes and reduces the physical effort required during work. The compact design also allows use in hard-to-reach areas.
The set includes the VALUE VTC-42 tube cutter with a working range of 1/4" to 1 5/8", i.e. 6 to 42 mm. It is intended for cutting both soft and hard copper tubes and is equipped with a tool steel cutting wheel, an adjustment knob, and a ball bearing.
To remove internal burrs after cutting the tube, the set is supplemented with the VALUE VTT-5 pencil deburrer. The deburrer includes two spare replacement blades.
The entire set is stored in a carrying case, which allows organized storage of the hydraulic tool, the individual heads, and accessories.
