Description
The VALUE VHE-42B hydraulic tube expander is a hand tool designed for expanding tube ends during the installation and service of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The hydraulic mechanism makes work easier even with larger tube diameters and allows use in harder-to-access areas.
The set includes 11 interchangeable heads for inch sizes 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", 1", 1 1/8", 1 1/4", 1 3/8", 1 1/2", and 1 5/8". The individual heads allow the tool to be adapted to the diameter of the tube being processed.
The set also includes the VALUE VTC-42 tube cutter for tubes with diameters from 1/4" to 1 5/8", i.e., 6 to 42 mm. The cutter is intended for soft and hard copper tubes.
For preparing tube edges, the set is supplemented with the VALUE VTT-5 pencil deburrer with two spare blades. The deburrer is used to remove sharp and uneven burrs that may remain on the tube edge after cutting.
