The Bosch / Siemens 00311593 OKS1110 silicone lubricant is a special silicone grease in a 10 g tube. It is intended as a lubricant and sealing agent for selected kitchen appliances, especially for the moving parts of brewing units in automatic coffee machines.

According to the supplied source material, the lubricant can also be used for milk containers, kitchen machines, blenders, universal slicers, and other kitchen equipment. It is also suitable for use in hot and cold water applications and for lubricating valves in sanitary installations.

The silicone grease has good adhesion to various materials, a neutral reaction toward plastics and elastomers, and operates in a temperature range from -40 °C to +200 °C. According to the source material, it is resistant to hot and cold water and selected substances such as acetone, ethanol, ethylene glycol, glycerin, and methanol. It does not affect odor or taste.

With silicone-based materials, for example certain plastics made of silicone rubber, the silicone grease may cause deterioration. After opening the package, it is recommended to use the lubricant within 36 months and store it at a temperature of 0 °C to +40 °C.
