CASTEL 3840/M18 is a liquid sight glass from the POLYHEDRA range designed for refrigeration systems. It allows visual inspection of the liquid refrigerant in the piping and is equipped with 18 mm ODS copper solder connections.
The sight glass has a maximum working pressure PS of 50 bar and an operating temperature range from -40 to +120 °C. It is suitable for refrigerants in safety classes A1, A2L and A3 according to ASHRAE 34:2019, including selected HFC, HFO, HFO/HFC blends and hydrocarbon refrigerants.
